Our drinks menu is built around flavour, balance, and a clear Caribbean influence.

 

Rum sits at the centre. You will see it across the list, from bold signatures to clean classics.
Chef Dom’s Rum Punch leads the way. Built with layered spice, citrus, and depth.  

 

Signature cocktails bring in ingredients like sorrel, tamarind, coconut, and ginger.
Each one is designed to match the food, not sit apart from it.  

 

You also have a full run of classics.
Margarita, Negroni, Espresso Martini. All done properly.  

 

If you are not drinking alcohol, there is a proper selection.
Fresh, spiced, and built with the same care as the rest of the menu.  

 

Wine covers the bases.
Crisp whites, structured reds, and Champagne when you want it.  

 

Cocktail Hour runs every week.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday.
5pm to 7pm.
